Very strong

Very strong and durable, used to help pull out bulldozer from mud.

Pulled a house with it.

Well it was more of a hollowed out trailer, that can be a small house.But this shackle did great. No damage from pulling tons of weight.

A bit underwhelming

The slide in bar stock seems solid. The shackle is low quality in the finish. Shackle pin is poorly machined so the threads and choppy and do not engage as they should.The rubber washers meant to keep the shackle quiet, won't fit without filing the shackle/mount. I don't expect it will function as advertised. (My opinion)
