buyer beware, or be mechanically inclined

five stars for parts, one star for any bit of instruction on how to put together. had to do research on their website to figure how they when together. as the owners instruction manual is nice showing types of installs. but nothing on how brackets and hardware as suppose to go together. you only had one job and you failed.

Managed to mount onto 2" steel tubing

The instructions were very vague. I haven't a clue what rubber parts are for.
